Purpose of Blog
This blog is devoted to proclaiming Jesus Christ in order to help people experience His love and the true life He gives to all who come to Him, and to encourage and edify His followers.
Jesus spoke often of His soon and sudden return. My desire is to help people prepare for this awesome Day. Jesus desires all people to know Him and be with Him forever. He desires no person left behind. Unfortunately, many will be, but at their own choosing. Jesus will not force Himself on any person. He has ordained in each of us a free will to accept or reject His invitation. Jesus promised that those who come to Him will not be cast out (John 6:37).
If you are not already a follower of Jesus, I invite you to come to Him – through prayer, confess your sin to Him, ask Him to forgive your sin and save you, and commit your life to follow Him.
To understand more about this commitment, consider these passages from the Bible:
Romans 3:23 – “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”
Romans 6:23 – “The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
John 3:3 – “Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.’”
John 14:6 – “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’”
Romans 10:9-10 – “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
2 Corinthians 5:15 – “He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.”
Revelation 3:20 – (Jesus says)”Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.”
Email me if you would like to discuss this further. I can also send you some information that will help you in your relationship with Jesus.
May God’s blessings through Christ Jesus be upon you!
